Our company was established in 1999 in the historic Mazara del Vallo,
with the aim of introducing the unique taste and quality of local
catches to the entire national territory and beyond.
Our responsibility and goal are to select only the finest catches
to allow everyone to savor and experience the authentic taste
of the Mazara sea. We aim to immerse anyone, anywhere,
in the intense flavor of the royal Red Prawn of Mazara
and all the crustaceans of the Mediterranean.
We are an artisanal company, producing, processing,
and packaging products in our facilities with tasty recipes
that are easy to prepare at home, featuring strong
references to local ingredients. Our offerings include seafood
arancinette, stuffed squid, fish burgers, fish balls, as well as
our crudités and tartare that have captivated anyone who has tasted them.
Without ever forgetting the king of our sea:
the Red Prawn of Mazara, as well as the pink, purple, and delicate scampi.
